Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan

The Cumberland Plain Strategic Development Plan is one of the largest strategic conservation plans to be undertaken in Australia. It streamlines the development processes in a high-growth area, while also protecting important biodiversity and koala populations. The NSW Government, Department of Planning and Environment wanted to communicate a clear vision for this huge growth in Western Sydney. We developed two animations that showed the considered balance between the environment and the delivery of new housing, jobs and infrastructure.
We created two core animations and supporting cut-down versions for social media.
